Frequently asked questions

Answers to what shippers ask us most. Can't find yours? Reach out directly.

How long does shipping take?

Transit time depends on the mode and destination. Air freight typically takes days, while ocean freight takes several weeks. You'll get an estimated delivery window with your quote.

How do I get a shipping quote?

Use the contact form or call our team with your origin, destination, and a description of what you're shipping. We'll follow up with pricing and transit time within one business day.

How do I track my shipment?

Every shipment gets a tracking number at pickup. Enter it on the Track Your Package page to see its current status.

What can I ship?

Most general cargo is eligible for air, ocean, or ground shipping. Restricted and hazardous items may require special handling or aren't accepted — ask our team if you're unsure about a specific item.

Do you handle customs paperwork?

Yes. We prepare and file the documentation required on both ends of an international shipment so it doesn't get held up at the border.

Can I combine multiple packages into one shipment?

Yes, through package consolidation. This is often the most cost-effective option if you're ordering from more than one supplier or store.

What happens if my shipment is delayed?

We monitor shipments in transit and will reach out proactively if a delay comes up, along with an updated delivery estimate.
